Settlement to provide for descent of estates in the event of Richard and Ann Fleming dying childless; successors to take name and arms of Fleming, etc: various manors and lands. 25 Apr 1740. Lands include: manor, advowson and demesne of North Stoneham; manors of Romsey Infra and Extra; manors and farms of Hasely, Combley, Quarr, Newnham, Binstead, Duxmore and Rackland; site of the monastery of Quarr. i) Richard FLEMING of North Stoneham, esq ii) Thomas Dacres of Merwell, esq; Thomas Cowslade; John Fuller the younger of Inner Temple; Elisha Biscoe of Inner Temple.
