ROAD IMPROVEMENTS.- We understand that the hill at Chandler's Ford, about midway between Southampton and Winchester, is to be avoided by a short distance of new road, J. Fleming, Esq. the county member, having granted land for that purpose, and Round Hill, situate three miles on the Winchester side of Southampton, is also to be rendered of easy ascent.
