This article is about the farm adjoining Chilworth Manor House, and must be distinguished from Chilworth Farm.

Home Farm, sometimes known as Chilworth Manor Farm, was a farm on the Chilworth Estate, located to the south east of the Manor House.

In 1905 a gardener's cottage was built on part of the site of Chilworth Manor Farm (Home Farm) - occupied by Francis Pack
