Fernlea (Fern Leigh), later known as Ingersley, was a super-villa on the Chilworth Estate that was leased from the Fleming Estate from 29 September 1857 for 994 years by William Baldock. A later lessee was H E Sugden. It was leased until the first half of the 20th century. The underlying freehold had been sold by the Fleming Estate by 1950.
