Abstract/description

Exchange lease for 60 years, or term of Revd E Beadon as rector: 6 acres, 3 rods, 10 perches of Glebe land, part of John Fleming's Avenue, and Nine Acre Hill adjoining, in exchange for 15 1/2 acres called Little Fork Field (3 3/4 acres being part of Great Fork Field), all in North Stoneham. 14 Sep 1776. i) Edward BEADON, rector of North Stoneham ii) John Fleming of Stoneham Park, esq.
