Lease and release: the manor and farm of South Stoneham, messuage at Swaythling, rent of £4 from Southampton, messuage at Harold, Bedfordshire, and the manor of Hunton (as in Lease and release of manor of South Stoneham and others, 1705). 16-17 Aug 1716. i) John Grove, John Haddon, Thomas Lovering and Nicholas James Rowe and Jane his wife (late DUMMER) ii) Dame Elizabeth Ward, Philip Papillon and Edward Ward (executors of the will of the Lord Chief Baron) iii) Adam Cardonell iv) Thomas DUMMER of Inner Temple, gent v) Marc Antonie vi) Edward Nicholas of Newton Valence, Clement Newsham of Titchfield.
