Caves Farm[1] was a small farm at Binstead on the Stoneham Estate. It comprised 28 acres in 1817. It was surveyed by John Whitcher in 1817.

The farmhouse is no.181 in the 1817 Survey.

  1. The farm is unnamed in the 1817 Survey, but is called 'Cave' in the 1841 Census, and 'Late Caves Farm' in 1861.
