Swaythling Farm (Swathling, Swaithling) was a farm on the Stoneham Estate at Swaythling. It was purchased by John Fleming in 1778[1]. It was surveyed by John Whitcher in 1818. It was mortgaged in 1842 to help secure £14,000[2]. It was reputed to be the site of demolished Swaythling House.

The farmhouse, a listed Grade II structure, was demolished around 1960.
