Particulars and conditions of sale of the Freehold Agricultural Estate known as the North Stoneham Estate[1], the auction catalogue for the Auction of the North Stoneham Estate, 15 May 1953.

Abstract/description

Auction catalogue: Hampshire, on the borders of the Boroughs of Southampton and Eastleigh, in 38 lots; particulars and conditions of sale of the Freehold Agricultural Estate known as the North Stoneham Estate extending to about 1357 acres, comprising: seven dairy and corn-growing farms; valuable woods; water meadows; building and accommodation lands; fishing in the River Itchen and Tributaries, portions of which are let and at present produce a gross rental of £1820 per annum; which Messrs. James Harris & Son are instructed to sell by auction at the Polygon Hotel, Southampton on Friday, 15th May 1953 at 2.30pm.
