Lease for 10 years at £100 rent: tenement and 383 acres 28 perches of land in North Stoneham, being part of Red Lodge Farm, 30 Aug 1828; with amending agreement of 1829, cancelling the house clause. 1828-1829. i) John Fleming of Stoneham Park ii) James SHERRY of Southampton, innholder Clause for building a farmhouse. .
