Lease and counterpart for 10 years at £25 rent for 6 years and £30 thereafter: tenement lately erected, and 18 acres of land lately enclosed from common; also kilns and liberty to dig clay and cut turf, all in North Stoneham. 17 Nov 1810. i) Elizabeth Fleming and John Fleming Barton Willis, Lieutenant Colonel in the South Hants Militia ii) Sarah COWARD of North Stoneham, widow .
