Lease for 10 years at £108 rent: Wallis' tenement, Beavis' tenement (divided into two), 74 acres of arable land, 5 acres of meadow called Marshall Mead, 3 acres of coppice and a cottage, all in North Stoneham; 7 1/2 acres in Boyat Mead, Otterbourne. 21 Feb 1810. i) Elizabeth Fleming ii) John WALLIS of North Stoneham, yeoman.
