Abstract/description
Lease for 21 years at a peppercorn rent for 2 1/2 years, and £10 thereafter, with 1/- per thousand royalty on bricks etc: Rough Pasture (32 acres), with cottages and sheds, and liberty to dig and work brick clay, in North Stoneham; plan endorsed. 5 Jun 1854. i) John Brown WILLIS FLEMING of Stoneham Park ii) St John HEWITT of Trowbridge, Wiltshire, gent .
