Abstract/description

Lease for 1,000 years at £210 rent, with royalty of 2/- per thousand bricks made: Bassett Wood plantation (163 acres, 3 rods, 11 perches), two houses and a cottage in North Stoneham; plan endorsed. 1856. i) John Brown Willis Fleming of Stoneham Park ii) John Henry HEARN and Joseph Alfred HARDCASTLE (trustees) iii) William BULLAR of Southampton, doctor of physic iv) John BULLAR of Inner Temple, barrister Undated and not executed by all parties.
