The Manors of Combley Quarr Newnham and Binstead in the Isle of Wight
The Court Leet and Court Baron of Richard Fleming Esquire Lord of the severaal manors aforesaid holden for the same manors at Hazely the usual place on Thursday October 21 1736 in the tenth year of the reigne of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God the Great Brittan's France & Ireland King Defender of the faith so forth before Richard Holloway Steward of the Manors therof

We present that when the last life dyes the Executor shall hould out the Deeds year against the Lord according to the custom of this manors. We present that the tenants shall have part Boot & Coughboot Hedge Boot and fine Boot without alignment and Housebooot by assignement according to the custom of the MANORS.
