Copy absolute conveyance for £5,829 15s 8d of mortgaged premises: manor of Hatch in South Stoneham; the wood (12 acres), Brickmoor Meadow (4 acres), several other parcels of land in South Stoneham; 55 acres of land formerly parcel of the manor of Allington in South Stoneham. 15 Feb 1787. i) John Fleming of Stoneham Park, esq ii) John BOND of Grange in Steeple, Dorset iii) Mary BOND of Grange, widow iv) Nathaniel MIDDLETON of Upper Harley Street, Cavendish Square, Middlesex.
