In the summer of 2008, the Field Tent materialised on the site of North Stoneham House, in the guise of a temporary museum. People connected with the house were invited to view the collection, and to share information and stories. A few days later, the Tent was gone. The event was capturing history in a way that keeps the history alive and part of people's identity. It also formed part of the research and development of a collaborative arts project.
