    There are some new lists of persons on the resources page (see link top above).

    There's a letter written by the tenants of the Estate to John Willis Fleming in 1820, while he was campaigning to be elected as the MP for Hampshire. It is signed by 73 of the tenants in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

    Then there is a list of the voters for North Stoneham in the 1835 election. It is quite a short electoral roll -- only 37 eligible persons! In the event, all of the tenants voted for John WIllis Fleming. What choice did they have?

    Next there is a transcript of the Muster Roll of the North Hants Yeomanry 'B' Troop, 1845, commanded by John Brown Willis Fleming. The Troop was stabled at North Stoneham Park. Its ranks include George Leslie, the head gardener at Stoneham.

    Finally, there is now an index to the 1858 rent roll.
