  • 1810 Decr 23 & 24. Deeds of Exchange between the late Mrs Fleming & Mr Edward Jones

  • 12 Febry 1813. Conveyance from the late Mrs Fleming for the benefit of J . F. B. Willis

  • 1824 Janry 1 & 2. Conveyance from Mr George Doswell to John Fleming Esq.

  • Do. From Mr Henry Mackrell to Lord Palmerston.

I hereby acknowledge that all the foregoing Deeds and Documents were this day delivered to me as the Solicitor of John Fleming Esq. By W. C. Daman, on the settlement of Accts between them Decr 26 1833.

All the Deeds comprised in the forgoing statement Mr Daman will be prepared to deliver up on receiving a Receipt on the other side, the balance awarded, & such a Release as is directed by the award, if Messrs Holmes & Barney shall have then completed their arrangement with respect to the deeds comprised under the last head, which Mr Holmes has given Mr Daman notice not to deliver up, until he has some undertaking respecting them which he has promised to arrange with Mr Barney - if this arrangement should not be made by the 36th instant, it will not be Mr Daman’s fault, as he acts neither for Lord Palmerston nor Mr Fleming but he will readily in that case place the Deeds in question in the hands of any Person to be agreed on by Messrs Holmes & Barney to be delivered up to Mr Fleming when they shall direct.
